Power League is a special tournament series used to seed teams. The tournament series consists of five days spread over five weekends, one seeding day in early January then one weekend each month from January to April. Once a team enters the Power League, they are required to play in order to advance. If the team misses one day of play, they will not advance to the next month's play or any play following.
After the first seeding day, teams are ranked and play in 8 team flights against similar skilled teams making play more competitive. After a day's play, the top 2 teams move up a flight, the bottom 2 down a flight for play during the next Power League weekend day. The seeding also helps with Regionals rankings.
There are age groupings for U14, U15, U16 and U18. U13 teams play in the U14 age grouping. U17 teams play in the U18 age grouping.
