Club dues will be $750. Each month a payment is due on the 5th. A down payment is needed in November. With each payment, submit a "payment slip" with the player's name, coach, and due date of payment.

There is a $15 late fee for dues not received on/by the due date. Failure to pay said dues will result in termination of player.
